We are expecting cool weather with highs of 109° F and lows of 86° F.

It may be cold inside the venue, so please keep that in mind while packing. You may want to bring an extra layer.

LOCAL TRANSPORTATION

If you’re coming from Phoenix airport, there are plenty of taxi services, Uber or Lyft ride-sharing programs available.  

We highly recommend using the hotel's free 24-hour shuttle, which is a quick 10-minute ride to the Hilton Phoenix Airport.

DRESSCODE REMINDERS

The dress code for our time together is “prosperous casual.”

You will be with other influential BBB members, so you will want to look your best while still comfortable during your intense learning experience.

​

We will take a group photo before lunch on Saturday.

 

Hint: You may want to choose your favorite outfit for this day!

MEAL PLANNING

​

Please plan to fuel up with Breakfast and Lunch on your own for Saturday, though we will provide light snacks at our break stations.

 

For those of you who have particular dietary restrictions or needs, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will make sure that you are accommodated.

Registration will be held on Saturday, beginning at 7:00 AM.

Please bring your photo ID for registration.
