Essential Functions

  • Responsible for all aspects of closing new business

  • Identifying the leads of target market through referrals

  • Qualify prospects through additional research and personal contact

  • Uphold Leadership Uncensored's standards for honesty and integrity

  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality 

  • Prepare for qualified appointments

  • Present to decision-makers regarding our products 

  • Deliver information to prospects via email and follow up meetings

  • Follow up on via phone and email 

  • Collaborate with office team members

  • Utilize and develop a system to create leads and referrals

  • Review, follow up and work pipeline of leads in system 

Desired Experience/Skills

  • Minimum three years prior successful professional sales experience (i.e., B2B, commissioned sales)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and closing skills

  • Professional sales presentation skills

  • Strong listening skills and empathy

As facilitators of transformation, our sales team speaks with business and ministry leaders on a daily basis. Responsible for sales across different industries, they take our products to the trenches and guide our prospects to winning decisions for their lives, businesses, and ministries. Their flexibility, resilience, and high-growth mindset are demonstrated in the results they deliver on a consistent basis.

You will focus on developing and securing new business with emergent business and ministry leaders across the U.S. The focus will be on achieving sales quota goals through referrals, provided leads, and cold calling methods.

​

You must be a high-achieving and passionate sales leader with excellent interpersonal, listening, communication and closing skills with a proven sales track record.
